1. Acceptance of Service

By accessing and using CanoFlash (website, firmware, and adapters), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the service.

2. Adapter Purchase (EBay)

Sales of physical CanoFlash Wifi Adapters in this first phase are managed through the EBay platform. As such, transactions are subject to the payment and buyer protection conditions of said platform.

3. Warranty and Returns

We offer a total satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

  • Period: Returns are accepted within the first 30 calendar days after receipt of the product.
  • Costs: Shipping costs derived from the return will be borne by the customer.
  • Condition: The device must be returned in perfect working and aesthetic condition.

4. Disclaimer of Liability (ROMs)

CanoFlash is a technological tool for wireless communication on Game Boy Advance consoles. We are not responsible for the improper use or the origin of the files (ROMs) that the user chooses to load or link on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to possess legal copies of their games or use legitimate homebrew content.

5. Service Availability

CanoFlash is a project in development. We cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the cloud synchronization services (Cloud Saves), although we strive to keep the platform always operational.

6. Applicable Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the legislation in force in Spain. For any controversy, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Málaga.
